RIPSTOP, AN ARCHIVE FABRIC

Born on parachutes and field tents, ripstop weaves a reinforcement grid directly into the cloth. A tear stops at the first crossing thread — the fabric documents its own resistance.

We cut it in garment-dyed panels, washed twice, so the grid catches the light without shining. Each piece is numbered and archived.

Function first. Ornament, never.
